On a rainy and soggy Wednesday, the KUA BJV1 Soccer Team travelled to New Hampton School for the second half of the home and home series. While KUA won 2-1 the first time around, it was NHS's turn as they retuned the favor. NHS's hard charging physical play could not be matched by the Wildcats. Both of NHS's goals came in the first half. With about 5 minutes left in the game, Andrew Robertello ' 18, took a corner kick and his driven in-swinger was more than the keeper could handle. There were last minute near heroics by Elliot Stevenson '18, and Zachary Wennik '17, that almost led to a tie. Alex Plummer '16, came up big several times keeping the Cats in the game. Cosku Kaplan 16, Myles Brockelman '16, Andre Scherding '17, and Chandler Stowell '17, played hard in a valiant but losing effort. The final game of the season will be played away on Saturday.
