KUA student-athletes chosen in 2014 NHL Draft

Three KUA student-athletes were chosen in the 2014 NHL draft at the Wells Fargo Center on June 28, 2014 in Philadelphia.

JD Dudek '14 was chosen in the 6th round (#152 overall) by the New Jersey Devils. Dudek will attend Boston College. Read the story on the Devil's web site.

Tyler Bird '14 was chosen in the 5th round (#137 overall) by the Columbus Blue Jackets. Bird will attend Brown University. Read the story on the Blue Jackets' web site.

Former KUA student Johnathan MacLeod, who played this season with the U.S. NTDP U-18 Team, was chosen in the 2nd round (#57 overall) by the Tampa Bay Lightning. MacLeod will attend Boston University. Watch John's press conference after the draft.
