Peter Maher '09 Raises Funds for Lung Cancer
KUA Senior to Participate in RACE UP BOSTON PLACE
On Saturday, February 7, Peter Maher '09, representing the Meriden, NH Fire Department, will join up to 500 firefighters from around New England in the Race Up Boston Place. The race "course" includes 82 flights of stairs or 750 stairs up 41 floors fo the Mellon Financial Center.
Peter learned about the race from formerKUA faculty member and Meriden Fire Brigade volunteer, Deanna McDevitt, who is now a full-time fire fighter in Boston.
