KUA JV Scores Win Over Tilton

KUA's JV football team improved to 2-0 on the season after beating Tilton School 32-12 on Wednesday afternoon. Tailback/fullback Alex Gray had an outstanding afternoon running the ball. Alex scored five touchdowns on the afternoon, and added a two point conversion to account for all of KUA's scores. KUA scored on the first offensive possession of the day, but Tilton quickly tied the score. At the half, the score was KUA 18, Tilton 12. In the second half, KUA's defense kept Tilton out of the endzone, and Alex Gray added two more touchdowns to put the game out of reach. A solid two way performance was put in by Brett Marshall, Jon Nix, and Jae Hyuk Lee. KUA's secondary had three timely interceptions on the afternoon (Ethan Lee - 2 ,Young Hoo Cho -1). All three put a stop to a Tilton touchdown drive. Other players of note were Johnny Baker, Kyle Berliner, Jacob Mided, and Micky McDevitt. KUA has a rematch with Tilton on 10/10.
