KUA v. NMH
The KUA JV field hockey team was excited to play their first game on Pope Field this season today versus NMH. While a few KUA players were under the weather, we were excited to welcome Even Xu to our team after just one day of practice, as well as Liesel Madrian and Seana Perkins from the varsity squad! Though NMH had double the squad size of KUA, we were able to hold off NMH from scoring until the second half of the game. Seana Perkins had 11 total saves, only letting in two goals in the second half. Jesse Leung had two defensive saves and Natalie Paine had one defensive save. The final score was 0-2. KUA will work on communicating as a team, as well as passing, prior to our game versus Proctor at home this Friday!
