Benner nets two to lead KUA to victory
Caysea Benner's two goals sparked KUA Girls soccer team to a 2-0 win over visiting New Hampton. Fourteen minutes into the game Maddy Kenyon served a corner kick into the box that Caysea soundly struck into the net. KUA struck again at the 30 minute mark with Lauren Borislow finishing a nice sequence of passes with a well placed ball to Benner at the top of the box. From eighteen yards out Caysea drilled her shot into the far corner to finish out the scoring for the day. Solid play from KUA's defense held New Hampton's forwards at bay. Emily Kelly had four saves in recording the shutout.
