Sadie Thompson's two early goals lead KUA to their first win 3-0 over Tilton
The Kimball Union Academy girls varsity soccer team had a strong outing today, defeating visiting Tilton School 3-0 at the new Pope turf field. KUA sophomore Sadie Thompson scored two goals early in the match off of breakaways and the wildcats never looked back. Fellow sophomore Lauren Borislow scored the third goal of the match from a direct kick in the box from senior captain Kelly O'Leary to seal the victory early in the second half. Sadie Thompson had another great breakaway in the second period, but the post robbed her of the hat trick. KUA travels to Holderness this weekend for a key Lakes Region matchup.
