Arts at Kimball Union

THE BEST ENVIRONMENT FOR LEARNING - NURTURING CREATIVITY

The Flickinger Arts Center is a beautiful, expansive facility used for both the visual and performing arts, from pottery and theater to band and dance. Flickinger’s light-filled studios also house the Taylor Gallery, which exhibits the works of our many talented students and hosts gallery openings and exhibits of artists from around the world. At KUA art is serious fun, engaging novices through advanced students in the act of creation.
Whether arts represent your future, your escape, or your opportunity to step outside the everyday and re-examine your world, KUA provides the canvas for you to share your vision. Our goal is to give our students a knowledge and appreciation for aesthetics, history, and criticism while providing a platform to each student find his or her own unique ways to communicate, whether it’s on a piano, a canvas, or the stage.
