Health Center
The Tracy Health Center provides routine medical care and promotes healthy lifestyles for KUA’s student body. Staffed by registered nurses with extensive experience working with adolescents, the Health Center is open Monday through Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Sundays as needed. During other hours, there is a nurse on call. Students are encouraged to come to the health center to talk about any and all health issues including physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. Our staff and referral system can address the full spectrum of health concerns. Students requiring professional medical, dental and mental health services beyond the scope of the health center are referred to the nearby Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC) and other community health offices. The nursing staff makes all necessary transportation arrangements for off=campus student appointments. One advantage of our contract with DHMC is streamlined appointments – our students enjoy scheduling priority.
Medical Director
Keith J. Loud, MD, MSc is the Interim Chair, Department of Pediatrics and Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the Geisel School of Medicine, Dartmouth College. Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in Adolescent Medicine and Sports Medicine, Dr. Loud has been Kimball Union's Medical Director conducting regular clinics at the Health Center since 2011. KUA's working relationship with Dartmouth Hitchcock allows us to have immediate access to some of the best pediatric services in the country. Appointments to see Dr. Loud are made through the Health Center.
Physical Therapy

The Health Center is a clinical site for nursing students from Colby Sawyer College and Norwich University. Student nurses spend clinical time in the Health Center learning school nursing and adolescent care. We are proud to be nurturing the next generation of nurses.

If you have questions about the services provided through the Health Center, feel free to contact us at healthcenter@kua.org or call 603-469-2055. We're passionate about our students' well being and providing them with the best possible health care.
