We are pleased to invite you to join us on The Hilltop for Grandparents’ Day - Friday, November 2nd, 2018.
Grandparents’ Day Schedule
 
 
7:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.          Registration and reception
                                                   Holstein Lounge
 
8:30 a.m. – 10:25 a.m.           Grandparents may attend classes with grandchild
                                   
10:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.        Attend All School Meeting with your grandchild
                                                    Flickinger Auditorium
 
11:10 a.m. – 12:05 p.m.        Grandparents may attend classes with grandchild
 
11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.        Photo booth available
                                                    Holstein Lounge
 
11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.          Lunch
                                                   Doe Dining Hall
  
12:45 p.m. – 2:40 p.m.          Grandparents may attend classes with grandchild
 
3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.           Dessert Reception with Interim Head of School, Pam Clarke
                                                    Coffin Meeing Room
 
4:45 p.m. – 5:45 p.m.           Ensembles – Grandparents are welcome to attend, more information to come

If you would like to take your grandchild out for a meal, permission must be obtained from the Student Life Office located downstairs in Barrette Campus Center.
