The Wildcats lose a close one to Wilbraham, 72-70.

The Kimball Union boys basketball team travelled to Springfield MA today to play Wilbraham Monson.  The Wildcats came up just short, losing 72-70.  Wilbraham took an early lead and held the upper hand for much of the game, pushing it to twelve midway through the second half. Enoch Cheeks scored 15 of his team high 21 points in the second half to help the Wildcats back into the game.  Will Engelhardt with 18 pts and Nick Timberlake (10 pts) joined him in double figures for the night.
The Wildats will travel up to Montreal this weekend to play in the Sun Youth Holiday Classic.
