KUA bounces back with a win over Andover, 80-63 to push their record to 5-1.

Kimball Union bounced back from their first loss of the year on Saturday to Blair Academy (86-55) with a solid performance and an 80-63 win over Andover today.  The Wildcats were down by four at the half, 37-33, but managed to take the lead 47-46 with 13 minutes left in the game and then pushed their lead to 17points at the end.  KUA outscored Andover 47-26 in the second half behind balanced scoring from KUA starters.  All five reached double figures lead by Nick Timberlake with 18 pts, followed by Will Engelhardt (14pts) and  Eze Dike (13pts); Jordan Huntley and Enoch Cheeks each contributed 12 pts as well.  KUA’s record now stands at 5-1 with a trip to Springfield MA. On Wednesday to take on AA rival Wilbraham-Monson School.
