Edward Demond Fowler

Edward Demond Fowler, 78, of Dover, died Thursday, Nov. 19, 2015 after a period of declining health.
 
Edward was born in Manchester on Aug. 5, 1937, a son of the late Edward Emery Fowler and Pauline (Demond) Fowler.  He graduated from Kimball Union Academy and Middlebury College. 

Ed served in the U.S. Army Ordnance from 1961-1963 and was stationed in Germany for part of it.  He was Honorably Discharged. 

Ed lived in many different states throughout his life, mainly in the Eastern U.S. He lived in Gilford for a while, as well.  He had a professional career in sales.  He enjoyed traveling and building model ships.

Ed was pre-deceased by his sister Gretchen.  He is survived by his sons, Gregg and his wife Holly of Somersworth, Peter and his wife Heather of Wantage, N.J., and Douglas and his wife Rachel of Newcastle, Maine and 6 grandchildren.
