Bion Chandler Hodgkins, 70, died in Manchester on March 4, 2015, after a long illness. He was predeceased by his parents, Albert A. and Barbara B. Hodgkins, both of Manchester. Bion graduated from Kimball Union Academy in Meriden and attended Nasson College in Springvale, ME, Wentworth Institute in Boston, and Northeastern University in Boston. He was a mechanical designer and draftsman and worked for Sanders Associates in Nashua, Itek Corporation in Burlington, MA, and other engineering firms. Bion had lived in Manchester for many years and had also resided in North Hampton, Stoneham, Mass., Boston, Nashua and Amherst. He is survived by his former wife, Marcia Floden Nicoll, and his good friend, Patricia Constantine.
