KUA Defeats BB&N

KUA got off to a slow start vs BB&N Wednesday on the road as BB&N played strong and got fantastic goaltending. Dominic Carter broke the stalemate off an intercepted clearing attempt allowing him to score on an open net. Carter scored again off a great feed from midfielder Carson Moe in transition to put KUA up 2-0 after the 1Q. Goaltender Teddy Griffen was strong all day making 10 saves on 12 shots on goal. The second quarter saw KUA open the game up to 6-0 off goals from Jay Chubb, Will Kezerian, Dominic Carter and Ethan Howell who also had 2 assists on the day. After building a 6-0 lead at half a penalty-ridden 3Q only had 1 BB&N goal going on the board. The setting sun limited opportunities in the 4Q as each team scored 1 goal each giving KUA a great 7-2 road win. The Wildcats return to action on Saturday vs. Dexter-Southfield at home.
