KUA comes back from a 9 point second half deficit to defeat GTA Prep 77-75
Trey Parker's season-high 27 points and Will Engelhardt's 24 helped push the Wildcats to a two-point win over GTA Prep, 77-75. Down nine midway through the second half, the Wildcats battled back to take a 5 point lead late in the game and win by two as GTA Prep hit a three at the buzzer. KUA's second-half success was due largely in part to points at the charity line with Parker hitting 8-8 and Engelhardt 8-9 in the second stanza alone. Enoch Cheeks added18 points 8 rebounds and 6 assists for the night. AA rival Proctor Academy arrives in town to take on the Wildcats next Wednesday.
