KUA off on break after a big win

The Wildcats got a lot of offensive help from their defensemen in their final contest before the Christmas holiday break. The first goal came on a great tip-in by Anthony Solt off a strong shot from the point by Hayes Huwiler. Hayes assisted on the second goal as well as he passed it up to Cam Tucker who skated up the ice with Liam McKewan on a 2 on 1 rush and fired a quick wrist shot over the goalie’s shoulder and into the upper corner. Hayes stayed on the scoresheet, putting the third goal in himself, and defenseman Cole Gueldenzoph sent another strong shot from the blue line that was tipped in by Sean Donoghue to lead KUA to a 4 – 1 win over a strong and disciplined Topgun team.
