KUA bounces back from a loss to beat Beaver CD, winning 83-45

The Wildcats redeemed themselves with a solid performance defeating Beaver Country Day School 83-45 to finish third in the Rivers Holiday Tournament today.  Shooting 1-10 from beyond the arc in the first half KUA took a five point lead into the locker room, 30-25.  They then exploded in the second half starting with a 16-0 run to put the game out of reach.  The Wildcats found their outside touch hitting 10 of 16 second-half three-point shots, scoring 53 points to win 83-45.  Enoch Ckeeks lead all scorers for the night with 30 pts.  Joining him in double figures was Jammy Pierre-Louis (18 pts)  and Jay Elmore (16pts).  The Wildcat take a 6-2 record into next week to finish out before the holidays.
