10/5/18- KUA Boys Capture Holderness Day Win and Ashton is the #1 Individual Female

The Historic Holderness Day involves a contest between the two Boarding School Rivals, Holderness School and Kimball Union Academy, across many of the fall sports. Nate Brooker (2nd place, 20:02), Alisdair MacPhail (4th place, 20:18), Kohki Shinohara (5th place, 20:57), and Jonathan Bruner (6th place, 21:15) led the Boys team to a narrow 17-19 victory over Holderness School. In the Girls' Race, Eleanor Ashton captured the individual title with an amazing course time of 23:52! She was supported by Rachel Xia (6th place, 28:20) and Nancy Tran (7th place, 28:30). The KUA girls fell to Holderness with final scores of 9-14. Next week, the Wildcats will return to action at Proctor Academy!
