KUA edges win against Holderness

KUA JV1 wins their Holderness day match for the 2nd year in a row
It was a beautiful day for soccer and we had a strong support from the fans. The match was extremely cagey, with very few chances at either end. The breakthrough came from the left wing with Patrick Hyjek taking a quick through to release Sean Donughue. Sean raced down the left and hit a cracking strike off the underside of the cross bar. There was a moment of confusion and Cole tried to bundle it over the line before the referee decided that it had crossed the line as it came down from the cross bar and gave a goal. We held on for the 1-0 win for the second year in a row.
