Tilton Too Much for Wildcats

A promising first inning, which saw three of the first four Wildcat batters score, gave way to a tough second game of the double-header, as Tilton's bats proved too potent for KUA. Emma Lapsley started the game on the mound, striking out two in two innings before giving way to Michaela Cokinos, who struck out three Tilton batters in two innings. Teegan Duffy pitched the final inning for KUA and struck out one. At the plate, Lapsley had a strong game, finishing 3-for-3 with a triple. Lulu Leppard, Shannon Moran, and Misora Hashiramoto also belted hits for the Wildcats, who next see action on Friday, May 7th vs. Brewster.
