    Kimball Union is seeking the following head and assistant coaches for the upcoming academic year.  Practices are Monday through Saturday with games on Wednesdays and Saturdays, in general.

  • Annual Fund Director


    The Annual Fund Director has a convincing track record of developing and implementing an effective, comprehensive annual fund program. Reporting to the Director of Advancement and partnering with the advancement staff, this manager develops and implements the annual fund strategies and programs that include the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of annual gifts from trustees, alumni, parents, and friends, including personal solicitations, e-communication, and direct mail.

    This key leader has direct contact with a diverse, passionate, intellectual and extremely well educated contributor and volunteer base.

    An experienced and motivated Annual Fund Director with strong strategic and tactical management skills and a determined commitment to purpose will help the institution realize its long-term financial goals.  A full job description can be found here.

  • Custodian

     
    Kimball Union Academy has an opening for a full time Custodian/Housekeeper to assist in the day-to-day operations of all Housekeeping functions. Primary responsibilities include providing support to the Housekeeping Supervisor, participating in and enforcing quality assurance for the Housekeeping Department and department cost control measures. Multiple event setups throughout the year and moving of furniture.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years housekeeping experience. Must be able to communicate effectively with staff members and create a comfortable environment.

  • Learning Center Specialist


    Kimball Union Academy is currently seeking a part-time Learning Specialist to provide comprehensive learning development and support services to students with mild to moderate learning disabilities. Possible responsibilities may include the coordination of the peer tutoring program and oversight of the Writing Center. The successful candidate will have knowledge of the academic, social, and emotional components of learning in adolescence with the ability to utilize a variety of assistive technologies. A graduate degree in Special Education or School Psychology preferred with a minimum of 3 years of related experience.

  • Part Time Visit Coordinator and Receptionist

     
    Kimball Union Academy is accepting applications for the position of Admission Visit Coordinator and Receptionist. This part time position reports to the Director of Admission and assists with all of the responsibilities of the enrollment operation as the initial primary contact with visitors both in person and by phone. Duties include the arrangement of tours and shadow days for prospective students and visitors, working with our student tour guide program, corresponding with prospective families, and performing special projects as requested. The job is a 10-month position approximately 6 hours per day, Monday - Friday. The ideal candidate will enjoy a busy office setting and will offer exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. A high degree of professionalism and computer skills are a must.
