Vision and Leadership

    • The Vision
Our mission guides Kimball Union. The honor code and statement of inclusion provide a framework for our close-knit community in which all members serve as leaders and know that the best learning happens when peers are supported and encouraged through positive relationships.
Our Mission - Mastery, Creativity, Responsibility and Leadership

Kimball Union Academy prepares students for the challenges of tomorrow’s world by inspiring academic mastery, creativity, responsibility, and leadership.

Honor Code

As a member of the Kimball Union community, I promise to uphold a code of honor, to expect and to encourage the same of others, and to do so in all situations and in all places. This code of honor includes being honest in all matters, behaving with integrity, and demonstrating respect for myself and others.

Statement of Inclusion - Celebrating Individuality, Community, and Global Awareness

Kimball Union Academy is dedicated to providing a welcoming and safe environment in which all community members value and respect each other’s unique qualities and contributions. We are committed to nurturing a learning environment where the principles of dignity, equity, and justice are an essential part of our culture and daily life. We encourage the exploration of independence and interdependence as we affirm our promise to honor individuality, celebrate our differences, and embrace our connections with each other and the global community.
