Henry Ling Mcfalls Died Peacefully At Home On September 26, 2016 Surrounded By His Wife, Katharine, His Daughter, Lauren And His Son, Robert. He Was 94. Born And Raised In Cleveland Ohio, Henry Attended Kimball Union Academy In Meriden, New Hampshire And Michigan State University. He Served In The Air Force During World War Ii. Henry Married The Late Barbara (Power) Mcfalls In 1950 And Later Moved To Moraga With Their Three Children. Their Oldest Son, David, Died In 1966. He Worked For Many Years As A Salesman For Master Builders (Today Basf) Traveling The Country And The World Selling Chemical Additives For Concrete. One Of His Biggest Projects Involved The Construction Of The Glen Canyon Dam.After Divorcing, He Married His Wife, Katharine In 1980. He Retired To Healdsburg In 1991 And Enjoyed Every Minute Of His Life There. He Was A Gracious And Generous Host. He Made Sure Everyone'S Wine Glass Was Always Full And That There Was Always Plenty Of Ice Cream On Hand.He Was An Active Member Of The Healdsburg Noontime Rotary, Where He Coordinated An Effort To Obtain A Fire Engine And Deliver It To A Small Mexican Village In Need. Dearly Beloved By His Wife, His Children, Granddaughter, Stepchildren And Many Dogs, Henry Was A Happy Individual Who Brought Good Cheer And Laughter To Everyone Who Knew Him. No Memorial Service At His Request. Contributions In His Memory May Be Directed To The Healdsburg Center For Animals, 14242 Bacchus Landing Way, Healdsburg, Ca 94558.
