KUA evens their record to 9-9 with a 76-68 win over Holderness
The Kimball Union Wildcats(9-9) pushed their season record to 500 with a 76-68 win over Holderness today. They got off to a slow start but found their offensive touch late in the first half to take a 9 point lead at the half, 39-30. Holderness battled back and went up by one midway in the second half, only to see KUA pull away, in the end, to win by eight. Enoch Cheeks had a game-high 37 points for the night, Will Engelhardt followed with 18, and Trey Parker joined them in double figures with 14. The Wildcats travel to Proctor Academy on Wednesday for a AA rival match-up. KUA scoring: Cheeks- 37, Parker- 14, Dolgin- 4, Engelhardt- 18, Jones- 3.
