 | Kimball Union Academy's 1300 acres of diverse landscape and our location in one of northern New England's hottest vacation destinations make it easy to provide students from all of our programs with plenty of afternoon and weekend adventures. Each morning during Assembly, we'll offer a variety of afternoon activities for you to choose from and encourage you to speak up with ideas of your own!
Be Active
Summertime is for trying new things. Your adventure begins when you join yoga class in our dance studio, work out in our state-of-the-art fitness center, enroll in afternoon soccer clinics or take up ping pong in the student center.
Get Outdoors
Unlock your sense of adventure: explore miles of local hiking and running trails; visit the local miniature golf course and driving range; canoe down the Connecticut River; or take weekend trips to New England's famous mountains and beaches.
Create
Bring your instruments, cameras and paint brushes for afternoon free-time in the Flickinger Arts Center. Let your artistic adventrure begin in our sound proof practice rooms, painting and pottery studios, recording and dance studios, or dark room!
Socialize
During the program, you will meet people from around the globe. Game nights, talent shows, field trips, and movie nights on the quad are the types of evening activities that turn acquaintances into lifelong friends and fun times you'll never forget!
New England Excursions
Weekends feature day and overnight adventures to a variety of New England area locations.
