KUA Wins NMH Invitational Championship

Tri-captain Cindy Roseen '07 named to All-Tournament Team.
KUA held Trois Rivieres to just 3 points in the first 10 minutes of the final game of the NMH Invitational.  Trois Rivieres went on a mini-run at the end of the half to bring the score to 30-12 at the break.  Cindy Roseen was on fire in the first half scoring 16 of her game-high 22 points.  Freshman Tori Agel helped lead the defensive charge as she got her hands on many loose balls (team-high 6 steals and 1 block) and led the press.  Marion Githegi again dished out 10 assists while effectively running the offense.  Lauren Darnall played a well-rounded game recording 9 points, 5 assists and 4 steals while playing aggressive D. Greydy Diaz scored double figures for the second game in a row netting 10 points.  KUA now stands at 4-1 on the season.  The Wildcats will host the Tilton Rams on Wednesday afternoon.
