Congratulations to Bonnie Plausteiner '12 - US Snowboard Nationals

Senior Bonnie Plausteiner placed 5th in the giant slalom and 13th in the slalom in the USASA National Championships at Copper Mountain last week. This was Bonnie’s second year of snowboard racing and her second trip to the Nationals. During this past season, Bonnie trained with the KUA varsity ski team and on weekends she competed in a total of 24 races. She earned a national ranking of 3rd for giant slalom and 5th for slalom coming into the nationals. She received an invitation to the Nationals by being the New Hampshire series winner for her age group.
